Cuco first broke out in summer 2016 via his self-released debut mixtape ‘Wannabewithu’ (+72MM/Spotify), which features breakout singles “Lover Is a Day” and “Amor de Siempre.” Cuco released his follow-up mixtape ‘Songs4u’(+53MM/Spotify) in January 2017. In May 2017, Cuco released his breakthrough bilingual single “Lo Que Siento” (+44MM/Spotify), which catapulted him to internet stardom. Cuco’s discography also includes the self-released ‘Chiquito’ EP (May 2018), which features the viral single “CR-V” and “Sunnyside,” the latter of which was named one of the best songs of 2018 by ‘The New Yorker.’
In July 2019, Cuco will release ‘Para Mi,’ his debut solo album and his first major label release. As his most creatively ambitious project to date, the self-produced ‘Para Mi’ continues Cuco’s DIY spirit while reflecting his evolved songwriting and newfound approach to production. The album includes the singles “Hydrocodone,” “Bossa No Sé,” featuring Jean Carter, and “Feelings.”
As a live act, Cuco has performed at major music festivals around the world, including Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Governors Ball, in addition to several international dates in North America, the UK, Asia, and beyond. www.loverisaday.com

KAINA is a first-generation Latina, born and raised in Chicago. The sweet-hearted optimism in her writing aims to connect to and lift the spirit of the listener. Through the mentorship of Chicago natives like The O’My’s, her multidisciplinary work around the city with various organizations, and collaboration with her peers, she found a sound for herself that is gentle yet full of soul and intent.
In 2018 she premiered her single “f*cked up” on Clash Magazine and a 3-track EP entitled 4u that follows up her last EP release, sweet asl. Her work joins company with her features on Saba’s “CARE FOR ME” and subsequent Tiny Desk appearance as well as Sen Morimoto’s “Cannonball!” and The O’My’s “Tomorrow”.
She continues to write songs while playing shows around the country, most recently as a main act at Red Bull Music Festival Presents: XICAGO, as well as a direct opener for Kali Uchis at Concord Music Hall and Jamila Woods at House of Vans. KAINA embodies a soft, savory voice that’s sharp enough to remind you of what happens when you get too close to the sun.
